St. Regis Restaurant
Designed by renowned architect David Rockwell and the talented Rockwell Group, the restaurant highlights many of the original features including the landmarked ceiling and is set in a landscape of bold hues of black, silver, brown, cream and gold which intermingle with rich textures to create a lush, warm environment. The modern décor beautifully complements the newly restored St. Regis.
The St. Regis Restaurant features haute American cuisine from our highly skilled Executive Chef in a stunning space which celebrates the historic nature of the hotel while using modern finishes, furniture, and design to complement the classical architecture. The menu is inspired by our Executive Chef's European training in France with Michelin starred chefs combined with a truly American sensibility featuring classic steakhouse items.
